Welcome to Autism Awareness Central UK

Our mission is to raise awareness and understanding of ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) through events and social media, helping to promote inclusion and acceptance for children and young people with ASD.

Autism Awareness Central UK is a new charity based in Derby ran by a board of trustees who all volunteer their time.
We also offer financial support to local autism projects through fundraising and charity donations.

Our story so far . . .

Prior to the charity gaining official status in November 2017, the board of trustees have been raising funds and awareness since 2011, led by the charity's Chair Jay Ingle.

Jay has two boys who both boys have an ASD diagnosis.
